Herbie came to repair my garage door spring on Monday. Turns out it had to be made at their shop because it is bigger than a standard spring. No big deal except it costs a bit more and I had to wait. I was pleasantly surprised on Wednesday that it was ready to be installed. Lorenzo came to install it. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I could tell he was trained very well and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend King Door. Both technicians exceeded my expectations.read more

I had 2 garage doors put up I have used King Doors 20 years, I have had 3 sets of doors, I gave had to put in electric door openers, 2 different times, So I have been pleased with there work, and this last tech seen to be the nicest, and the most noticeable performance I have ever seen. Our double-car garage door stopped opening. Motor tried but would abort after only lifting about a foot. Called for service. They came right out, fixed the problem. Noticed the tension spring was not helpig lift the door. They tightened it. Made an adjustment on the stop setting, and noticed that our trim was missing on one side of the door (it’s an older house which we just recently bought). They will order the trim and then come and install it as well! Excellent service!read more

I had no idea why my garage door wasn’t working. I called and spoke to a nice professional lady, and very soon had a technician at my door. He explained what the problem was and gave me two options for fixing it. He could have just given me the $700+ option, but also offered the $80 temporary fix. I appreciate that.read more

The technician was great and very knowledgeable but we couldn’t afford to have them replace the door panel. I decided to purchase the parts and fix it myself and saved $400 dollars. Almost $600 to replace 1 top panel of a garage door was ridiculous. New door is $799 from Lowes.read more

My garage door cables wrapped around the spring rod. I couldn’t open or close the door. I called them and they came and fixed my problem. My door works better now than before. Very reasonable priced. I would highly recommend them for any work that needed to be doneread more
